Dr. Youssef passionately proclaims uncompromising Truth and leads the way for people living in spiritual darkness to discover the light of Christ. ## Job Description The **Ministry Services Specialist** is a vital member of the Ministry Services team, responsible for ensuring precise inventory control, accurate accounts receivable transactions, and excellent customer service for both domestic and international LTW supporters. By efficiently and effectively following the key daily processes of data and inventory support, the **Ministry Services Specialist** is a critical part of furthering the mission and vision of LTW. Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - System entry and follow-up on customer orders, donations, and general ministry inquiries received by mail, web, call center, and over the phone - Non-cash data entry - Calendar year-end tax statement processing/research - Assisting Ministry Relations with product data entry/fulfillment - Creating new product code, monitor existing - Product inventory control - Assisting with new account and monthly donor mailings ## Qualifications The **Ministry Services Specialist** is both highly detail oriented and relational. To thrive and be successful, you must be proactive while maintaining a calm and professional manner.
