How you will make an impact - Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members. - Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks. - Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment. - Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained. - Attendall required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns. - Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives. What You Need to Succeed - Trade school and/or 3+ years’Millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. - Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred) - OSHA 30, preferred - Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. - Ability to travel 100% of the time. - Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly. - Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Pre-employment drug screen and background check Make Your Move We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing, family-owned companies in America, with over 150 plus years of experience in the food, dairy, and beverage industry.
