Previous volleyball coaching experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Excellent team and interpersonal skills. Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters. Excellent rapport with Middle School students. Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills. Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations. Develop, implement, and supervise all aspects of the Girls Volleyball program. Ability to work in an economically, culturally and racially diverse environment.
