This role includes developing training programs, mentoring athletes, coordinating with the athletics staff, and representing the program in alignment with Dawson’s Core Values at school and throughout the broader community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sport, and a commitment to student-athlete development.
