Middle DevOps/SRE Engineer

Behind these products is a globally distributed engineering team that keeps a large multi-cloud production environment running reliably around the clock. We’re looking for a Middle DevOps / SRE Engineer to help keep our multi-cloud production environment reliable, secure, and fast. You’ll join a globally distributed team working follow-the-sun — on everything from research and PoCs for new applications to deployment automation, security hardening, and day-to-day support for our developers. What you’ll do - Operate, monitor, and improve production infrastructure across AWS and Azure (incl. China regions) - Automate deployments and infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines - Proactively improve stability, performance, and security — preventing incidents before they happen - Respond to incidents within SLA, troubleshoot, and drive root-cause fixes - Support developers with infrastructure-related questions and unblock their work - Participate in the on-call rotation What we’re looking for - 3+ years in DevOps / SRE, including hands-on AWS experience - Strong AWS: EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, EKS, ECS, Lambda, ELB (ALB/NLB), CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, Secrets Manager, SES, Security Hub, Inspector - Azure: App Service, Container Apps, Front Door, CDN, Azure SQL Database, Storage Accounts, Virtual Network (VNet), Azure DevOps - Containers & orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD - Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible - CI/CD & version control: GitHub Actions, solid Git workflow - Scripting: Bash and Python - Linux administration, networking, firewalls, web servers (Nginx/Apache) - Monitoring & observability: Prometheus (Kubernetes), Grafana, ELK, Loki, incident management with PagerDuty - Solid understanding of SDLC and SLA-based incident response - Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, methodical approach - English B2+ Nice to have - AWS / Azure certifications - Alibaba Cloud experience - Experience with Ruby, Python, C# web application frameworks (deploying and troubleshooting) - Basic understanding of disaster recovery & database backups (PITR, restore procedures) - Experience with compliance-driven environments (GDPR, ISO 27001, China data residency) - Cost optimization / FinOps awareness - Experience with AI applications Who you are - Proactive — you suggest improvements and work ahead of problems, removing risks before they become incidents - Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple complex tasks with a clear head - A team player who takes ownership and is accountable for their area of responsibility - Eager to learn and grow to support both current and new products All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality, or sex.
