We are seeking a System Engineer to join one of our Prime Contracts supporting the Government's Corporate Management Services (CMS) organization. In this role, you will help design, modernize, secure, and sustain the enterprise applications and platforms that keep the organization operating every day. Working alongside experts in software engineering, cloud computing, DevSecOps, systems engineering, user experience, and enterprise platforms, you'll help modernize legacy systems, automate business processes, integrate commercial technologies, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Join a team developing a series of applicates that are certified, trusted sources of critical mission data that will be used to answer mission and leadership questions across the Enterprise. It’s a high-visibility project that will involve engaging with high-ranking stakeholders throughout the Enterprise. Act as direct liaison between Government leadership and the development team to establish priorities, facilitating agile processes, communicating with team members, the Government and end user customers. Serve as Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement. Remove blockers, coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure adherence to Agile practices. Assist Product Lead in managing outreach and stakeholder engagement activities related to ADS. Conduct ADS user experience, demos, and training. Maintain Siteworks, ADS Confluence space and overall roadmap. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing. Develop test plans, coordinate testing cycles, and validate new features, fixes and upgrades. Document results and ensure issues are logged and resolved prior to release.
