Join us. ## Job Description **AECOM** is seeking an experienced **Mid-level Environmental Technician IV** to join our growing EHS & Air group. This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Beaumont, TX. **Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:** - Perform a variety of tasks in support of air quality project staff. - May gather and maintain specified records of scientific data for supervisor, including but not limited to environmental sampling, operations and maintenance and inspections at client sites. - Other activities may include assisting with calculations, setting up and operating equipment, inspecting equipment and installations for compliance with specifications and maintaining proper project documentation. - Collect and enter data and apply technical principles and theories under supervision. - Must be able to work independently. - May occasionally interface with clients. **About AECOM’s Environment Business Line** Join AECOM to be part of an expert global team who is connected through a well-developed, worldwide, internal technical practice network through which you can learn from and brainstorm with the best in the world. Our global clients and their projects span a variety of market sectors and geographies and require innovative technical solutions to solve wide-ranging environmental problems. ## Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications:** - High school education plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/ or education in maintaining and repairing electronic instrumentation. - Valid U.S. Driver’s license required for this role. - Due to the nature of this role, U.S Citizenship is required. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Valid TWIC card. - Prior experience with Gas Chromatography is highly desired. - Computer skills with software installation and basic troubleshooting. ## Additional Information - Relocation will not be offered for this position.
