| **Job Title:** Merchandising Coordinator (Day Shift) | | --- | | **Department:** Merchandising | | **Location**: Tunis, Tunisia | | **Reporting to:** Senior Merchandise Manger | | **Overview of Role:** The Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Merchandising Manager to drive sales, optimize the product assortment, and enhance the overall online shopping experience in alignment with the overall merchandising and category strategy. This role works closely with the Product Data Management (PDM) and Site merchandising teams to ensure all products are accurately set up, merchandised and optimized on site. The person in this role will be in a key role in leading and executing the day-to-day needs of the business. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable collaborating across multiple teams. | | **Primary Duties & Responsibilities** **Support and execute merchandising strategy** Assist in executing marketing and site campaigns, including curated product lists, seasonal themes and collections Lead gap and competitive analysis at the market level and partner with merchandise managers on category strategy Collaborate with the Category Manager to implement product strategies and ensure timely product launches Manage the setup of new products in the system, ensuring accurate data entry for product descriptions, pricing, images, and attributes Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication and collaboration Create and maintain visual merchandising boards to communicate product assortments to cross functional partners monthly Stay on top of industry trends via competitive shopping, social media, search interest, trade shows, etc. | | **Support site initiatives to drive growth** Partner with the site merchandising team to curate and manage product assortments, seasonal collections, and landing pages Assist in optimizing site merchandising elements, including product categorization, filters, and attributions to enhance the customer experience and drive conversion Monitor product placements and ensure accurate representation on the website, including pricing, photography, and product descriptions Ensure correct product categorizations are assigned to all products based on ecommerce and search optimization best practices Support photography process with the Creative and Merchandising teams to ensure products arrive to photoshoot in a timely manner to support lifestyle and product photography, including managing and updating the sample database Manage accuracy of product data via Product Information Management (PIM) tool and submit tickets to resolve issues via Jira **Assist with product lifecycle management** Adhere to Product Development and MPP (Master Project Planning) calendars, and support deadlines a with internal and external partners to meet key deliverables for new product introductions each quarter QA all new product introductions to ensure SKUs are merchandised on the correct pages, orderable with the correct imagery, copy, and pricing Support pricing strategy for end-of-life products Manage accuracy of product data via Product Information Management (PIM) tool and submit tickets to resolve issues **Reporting & Optimization:** Generate reports on product performance and merchandising initiatives to track progress and optimize future efforts. Provide recommendations based on data insights to continuously improve merchandising strategies. Manage ad hoc projects, as needed **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and/or Merchandising Fluent in English and European language is a plus (preferably German) Strong written, oral communication Self-starter who takes ownership and initiative and can excel in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment Proactive thinker with the ability to focus on…
