We're hiring Resident-level (LMHP-R, LMHP-S) or Licensed Therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to help clients and families facing mental health challenges. You'll empower clients to achieve positive change and self-sufficiency, often preventing out-of-home placement. We use a Strategic Family Therapy model, and supervision for residents focuses on this approach. What You'll Do: - Provide outpatient, community, and school-based therapy. - Conduct clinical assessments and crisis services. - Help clients resolve issues to avoid institutionalization. - Build strong rapport and apply creative techniques. - Complete clinical documentation. - Assist with community-based services as needed. We're Looking For: - Master's in Counseling, MFT, or Social Work. - Eligible for or already a Virginia Resident/Licensed Therapist. - Experience in mental health (community-based preferred). - Family-oriented, flexible, optimistic, and open to learning. - Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
