RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and implement statistical evaluation plans for Ataraxis AI models. - Write applications for access to data from completed clinical trials. - Evaluate AI models on data from completed clincial trials. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists. - Collaborate on research projects with academic and industrial partners. - Contribute to regulatory submissions. - Present findings to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations. - Mentor junior biostatisticians and data scientists. QUALIFICATIONS - PhD degree in statistics or biostatistics, or equivalent experience. Strong track record of publications in biostatistics. - Significant experience in developing statistical plans for analysis of clinical studies, especially data from oncology clinical trials. - Strong problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization and reproducible research practices. - Excellent skills in Python and R. Proficiency in handling large and complex biomedical datasets, including genomic, imaging, and clinical data. - Expertise in survival analysis, Bayesian methods and causality. - Familiarity with modern machine learning methods.
