## Description **What You’ll Do:** - Deliver exceptional service by providing courteous, professional, and responsive experiences in every member interaction. - Perform account maintenance functions accurately and efficiently, including: - Opening and closing share accounts - Adding or removing joint owners and beneficiaries - Processing legal name changes - Assisting with digital banking enrollment and access - Issuing and updating debit cards - Transaction review and account questions - Updating member contact information (address, phone, email) - Processing stop payments, ACH requests and transfers - Ensuring all documentation complies with credit union policies and regulations - Identify member needs and offer appropriate solutions by recommending products, services, or referrals to support and strengthen member relationships. - Assist with new consumer account openings during periods of high lobby traffic as directed by branch leadership. - Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of member concerns. - Maintain knowledge of products and services to ensure member confidence and protect credit union operations. - Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act. **What You Can Expect:** - We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
