Our experts assess your unique features and goals to design a results-driven plan using the most advanced techniques available in Bismarck! **Position Summary:** We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas: - CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage. - Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons - Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans - Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked - Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations - Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education **Qualifications:** - Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota - Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments - Passionate about skincare and client results - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Punctual, professional, and polished appearance **Schedule & Perks:** - Part-Time: 2-3 days per week (24 hours)\* Must be flexible and available to work Mondays - Competitive hourly rate plus commission - Employee discounts on services and products - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities **To Apply:** Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications to apply.
