Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies. Important Information About This Role Please note that this position requires working Wednesday through Sunday and holidays. Wednesday-Friday from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Saturday / Sunday and holidays from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Due to the nature of the role and the event calendar, candidates should be comfortable working on public holidays. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams , requiring strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively. While the role follows a fixed schedule, Monks offers flexibility when business priorities require attendance at events, meetings, or activations outside of regular working hours. In such cases, schedules can be adjusted accordingly to ensure a balanced workload. Key Responsibilities Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Work on content calendars -along with the social strategist & the content creator- and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts. Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Work closely with data analysts and social strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities. Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights. Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Analyze the conversation around the brand daily. Analyze brand performance (analytical skills essential) to drive effective results for client KPIs. Cover brand related events in real-time. Background & Skills At least 2 years of experience in Community Management. Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics. Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports. Client-facing experience Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies. Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent writing skills.
