This includes documenting, delivering, and administering or assisting with treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians, in a safe, organized manner and in accordance with all policies, procedures, government regulations, and guidelines. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Assist residents with their daily medications, treatments, and resident care as assigned and within the scope of and in strict adherence with practice, policy, procedures, and government regulations. - Notify Supervisor if prescribed medication is not administered according to directions and document the reason(s) why. - Maintain clear, accurate, complete, and confidential records on resident medication and care in accordance with established procedures and governing requirements. - Track all orders for medication changes and/or refills, notify the pharmacy of new orders, and report any missing medications to the Supervisor. - Assist caregivers in the performance of their job duties by fulfilling the responsibilities of the Caregiver job description. - Document appropriate information, including incident reports, and communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately. - Respond promptly to emergencies and resident alerts or requests as needed. - Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards, policies, and procedures. - Understand and comply with Federal, State, and local regulations, and company policies and procedures concerning the department. - Promote and lead with a spirit of teamwork and open communication through consistent mentoring, coaching, and recognition program utilization, in alignment with MBK principles and core values. - Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Director of Health Services and/or Executive Director, or designee. **Education Requirements:** - High School diploma or equivalent (GED), required. - Certification or education as required by state regulations. - Must have or be ab…
