The Contra Costa Health Department currently has a great career opportunity to fill one (1) vacant Medical Social Services Manager position. This position will be for Detention Health located in Martinez, CA. Detention Heath is comprised of four (4) adult Detention facilities and one juvenile Detention facility with a multidisciplinary team. Under general direction, you will be planning, organizing and directing the Detention Health Re-Entry Care Coordination program; supervises, reviews and evaluates the work of subordinate professional, clinical. and clerical personnel; and performs other related work as required.
