Additional responsibilities: - Prepare admissions and re-admission chart records both hard copy and electronic. - Complete audits and validation reports communicating all findings to DON. - Maintain the records of all discharged residents in proper order. **Job Requirements** If you are compassionate and want a career **with a growing company**, this is the position for you! Here’s what else you’ll need to be successful in this role: - Education: Graduation from an accredited school with the equivalent of a graduating diploma. College and/or Medical Billing/Coding schooling required **or** must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). - Experience: Prior training desirable but not necessary. Will receive job training and in-service.
