We are looking for an Obstetrician/Gynecologist Medical Director interested in joining a dynamic and growing practice! Program attributes: Full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, with multiple venues for gynecological surgery Friendly, collaborative environment dedicated to excellent patient care & committed to ensuring providers have work-life balance More days off than a typical practice and manageable call shifts, with the OB/GYN team providing back-up call coverage for CNM hospitalists with PRN pool to fill in for team vacations and extended leaves Comprehensive care team to support you and your patients (including LCSWs, lactation, education and other specialists) Innovative and integrated tech platforms to drive patient engagement and to create efficiency for providers Continuing Education incorporated into Diana Health program plus an allowance for medical conferences Supported by a national practice network helping to grow your practice; streamline operations; and support continuous quality improvement efforts Responsibilities: Provide full-scope, patient-centered outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan, including office-based and hospital-based gynecologic procedures and surgeries. Serve as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight within Diana Health’s integrated, team-based care model. Support Certified Nurse Midwives as needed, serving as physician backup within a midwife-led model and co-managing cases to ensure safe, evidence-based care. Develop, implement, and annually review clinical policies, protocols, and patient education materials in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements. Partner with Practice leadership on clinical operations, including admission, transfer, discharge, and emergency care processes. Participate in regulatory compliance, accreditation activities, and surveys. Engage in Diana Health’s Continuous Quality Improvement program to advance quality, safety, and patient experience. Provide and support clinical education, in-service training, and professional development to promote consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure effective communication, coordinated care, and a positive work environment. Build and maintain relationships with hospital partners and community organizations to support continuity of care. Participate in an agreed number of 24-hour call shifts as part of the laborist service, serving as backup to in-house CNMs and managing obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
