From the moment a referral is received, you will help ensure patients have the information, appointments, and support they need to access care quickly and smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, highly organized, and enjoys connecting people with the resources they need. You will work closely with patients, clinical teams, scheduling staff, leadership, and other departments to coordinate care and create a positive experience for every patient and family. Starting salary: $59,994 annually What You'll Do In this role, you will: Serve as a central point of contact for patient referrals received through the Concierge Office Help assess and respond to patient needs, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately Coordinate appointments and care plans with clinics and the New Patient Scheduling team Facilitate medical record collection and review to support appointment scheduling Assist international patients with appointment coordination and communication regarding self-pay processes Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, leadership, development staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience Support patients and families with clear communication throughout the scheduling and referral process Help remove barriers to care by connecting patients with the right resources and services What You'll Bring You'll be successful in this role if you: Have experience coordinating patient appointments, referrals, or medical records Are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities at once Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures Can build strong relationships across departments and teams Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment Are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience Experience working with international patients, scheduling processes, or self-pay coordination is a plus.
