This dynamic role provides the opportunity to deliver high‑quality patient care in a variety of settings while ensuring consistent support wherever coverage is needed. **Why Join Us?** - 9 Paid Holidays - Annual and Sick Leave - Exceptional Benefits Package including: - Employer-Paid Disability Benefits - 401K Employer Match - National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Approved Site **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** - Ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic by following established workflows - Provide clinical support including: - Escorting patients to exam rooms - Recording vital signs and measurements - Assisting with screenings and exams - Administering treatments and medications as directed - Counseling on safety, nutrition, and development - Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record - Maintain exam rooms and supplies - Perform laboratory services including phlebotomy and CLIA-waived tests - Process referrals and track test results - Serve as a communication liaison between provider and patient - Provide administrative support including scheduling and inventory management - Participate in team huddles and assist with training new Medical Assistants **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) **Posting Questions** 1.
