Plainview Rd. Springfield, MO 65810 Full-Time Benefits: Starting pay: $19.00-$20.00 DOE Employer contribution to health and dental insurance (including dependents) Vision insurance Life insurance PTO Holiday Pay 401K match Quarterly incentive bonus Job Summary: Perform donor selection and blood collection activities under the supervision of an on-site collections supervisor at fixed-sites and mobile operations. All functions are performed in a manner that ensures maintenance of the donor’s well-being and the quality of the blood product while adhering to federal, state and local regulatory guidelines. Physical Requirements: Able to stand continuously for a minimum of six hours. Able to climb in and out of a van. Able to lift 25-30 pounds. Good hand and finger dexterity. Visual and auditory acuity. Job Specifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum one year post-secondary education in a health-related field preferred. Veterinary Technicians will be considered. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to comprehend and follow written instructions. Must have valid drivers’ license and acceptable driving record.
