***Medical Assistant to provide essential administrative and clinical support in a fast paced environment, acting as a bridge between patient care and office operations.*** **Key Responsibilities:** Assisting physicians with physical examinations and minor office procedures. Preparing patients for exams, performing basic wound care, changing dressings, and providing care instructions. Assisting with orthotic casting and exposing/developing X-rays *(If certified)* Maintaining clean and safe exam rooms and sterilizing equipment. Scheduling patient appointments for outbound referrals and maintaining electronic health records (EHR). Answering phones, managing patient follow-up questions or concerns, and corresponding with other healthcare facilities to facilitate continuity of care Managing inventory of medical supplies, ordering new stock, and keeping clinics clean. **Skills and Qualifications** Proficiency in patient scheduling software, basic medical terminology, and clinical procedures. Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Education:** High School Diploma or GED Medical Assistant training is preferred, though not required.
