This is a great opportunity for a **detail-oriented, people-focused professional** who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and being part of a mission-driven healthcare team. **What You’ll Do** As a **Medical Assistant** at Ageless Men’s Health, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both the clinical and front office operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet patients, check them in, and help maintain a welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere. - Support front office operations including scheduling, answering phones, and processing payments. - Assist clinical staff by preparing injections, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. - Take patient vitals, perform **blood draws**, and assist with other clinical procedures as needed. - Educate and engage patients about treatment protocols, clinic services, and healthy lifestyle habits. - Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the EMR system. - Collaborate closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient outcomes. **Our Ideal Candidate** You’re an energetic, dependable, and compassionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinic setting.
