In this role, you'll review care plans, prepare medications, and ensure every detail is accurate and compliant. Throughout the day, you'll administer medications with precision, document thoroughly, and assist with minor treatments, all while building meaningful connections with residents. When unexpected moments arise, like a fall or sudden health concern, you'll respond quickly, confidently, and compassionately.
