Come be part of something truly meaningful, in a place that feels like home. - Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test - Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure - Food Handlers' certification - First Aid certification - Assists in the medication management program, ensuring medications are ordered, poured, and available for self-administration. - Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promotes resident well-being. - Monitors resident participation in social activities and provide emotional support as needed. - Responds to emergency calls and provides basic first aid when required. - Maintains accurate documentation in the Matrix EMR system and reports changes in resident conditions. - Train and orients new staff on medication management procedures and ADLs. - Assists with meal service, transfers residents, and ensures room cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
