Come be part of something truly meaningful, in a place that feels like home. - Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test - Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure - Food Handlers' certification - First Aid certification - Administers medications under the supervision of the Director and LVN Supervisor, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Assists with processing physician's orders for prescriptions and treatments, maintaining accurate records and observing residents' health changes. - Supervises and provides guidance to all associates and med techs, fostering a positive work environment and addressing performance concerns. - Coordinates staff schedules, orders supplies, and assists with resident medical appointments and admission/re-admission processes. - Responds to resident issues and uses proper judgment for care, documenting and communicating changes to the Director and LVN Supervisor. - Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dining room service, and records vital signs such as BP, temperature, and pulse rate.
