Mechanical Engineer - Entry Level

We are actively looking for an entry level Mechanical Engineer to join our Tampa office. The Mechanical Engineer supports engineering work involving design, construction, and execution of mechanical projects. Assists during the inspection and research to ensure adherence to law and the standards of good engineering practices. This position will offer the right candidate the chance to work on local, regional, and international projects in the marine, energy, and infrastructure industries. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - 0 – 2 Years of experience in mechanical engineering - Acknowledgement in developing equipment specification, calculation, data sheets, drawings reviews and other documents related to the mechanical design - Design experience in industrial complex and / or marine terminals is a plus - General understanding of process design, process flow diagram development, and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) development - Experience in piping design and other mechanical equipment; 3D design development experience a plus (Plant 3D, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) - Some planning and task management skills - AutoCAD or computer aiding drafting experience - Due to client parameters, selected candidate must show (post offer) proof of U.S. citizenship and clear results of a thorough background check that may incl…
