We support mechanical engineering work across a range of industries and project types, and we hire at every level: Junior Mechanical Engineer (0–3 years) Mechanical Engineer (3–6 years) Senior Mechanical Engineer (6–10 years) Staff/Principal Mechanical Engineer (10+ years) What You Might Work On Design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components CAD modeling and design validation (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar) Structural, thermal, or fluid analysis (FEA/CFD) Prototyping, testing, and design verification Cross-functional collaboration with electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineering teams Design for manufacturability (DFM) and production support What We Look For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles) Hands-on experience with CAD/PLM tools Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and design documentation standards Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Experience level ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading design programs Why Join Our Talent Network Get connected before roles are publicly posted Be matched to opportunities that fit your specific experience level and interests No commitment required — this is simply an opportunity to introduce yourself Interested?
