We are committed to quality, performance, and building strong teams while proudly living by our Core Values: Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People – Best Teams. **Position Summary** We are currently looking for a **1st** **shift** **Mechanical Assembler** to join our **Roseville** **, MN** location. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. - Organizes parts and subassemblies for an efficient assembly process. - Verifies specifications by measuring completed components/products. - Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; and notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. - Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies. **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of varied manufacturing experience in Mechanical Assembly - Bend and lift, loading and unloading workpieces onto pallets, and move from one workstation to another, alternately sitting and standing - Perform repetitive work more than 9 hours per day - Ability to quickly learn new blueprints and perform all necessary measurements - Hand/power tool skills (Drill, Adjustable Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, screwdrivers, etc.) **Lake Air Products Offers:** - Competitive Pay - Full Benefits - 401(k) Employer Match - Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay - Gym Reimbursement - Tuition Reimbursement *Please note that if this position is located in our Roseville, MN facility, it may be subject to export control regulation.
