**Shop Mechanic** Role Description: Traffic Management Solutions is looking for an experienced **Mechanic** to join our Boynton Beach team! Responsibilities: - Perform all levels of preventive maintenance on company vehicles and equipment. - Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic technologies. - Complete repairs in an accurate, timely, and safety‑focused manner. - Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces that reflect TMS safety standards. - Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced maintenance team to ensure fleet readiness. - Accurately document work performed; uphold company standards and procedures. - Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
