You’ll also help train and mentor team members, keep your work area safe and organized, and stay up to date on the latest automotive technologies. **What We Offer:** - **Competitive hourly pay** - **Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance** — coverage begins the **1st of the month after your hire date** - **Retirement plan** enrollment available - **Paid Time Off (PTO)** to relax and recharge - **Closed evenings and Sundays** — enjoy a better work-life balance - **7 paid holidays off** #### **What You’ll Do** - Diagnose and repair systems including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, electrical, cooling, suspension, and alignment - Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire services, etc.) - Explain repair needs and technical information to customers and teammates - Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new vehicle technologies - Support fellow technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace - Follow all company, safety, and environmental procedures #### **What You Bring** - High School Diploma or GED - At least 6 months of automotive repair or mechanical experience - Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen - High energy, positive attitude, and strong customer focus - Section 609 Certification (preferred) - State Inspection License (if applicable) - Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed #### **Physical Requirements** - Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance - Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach frequently during the workday - Safely operate vehicles and automotive tools - Communicate effectively in person and by phone - Enter and retrieve data from a computer system ***All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.***
