What We Offer Competitive pay Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays & PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Company-Paid Life Insurance Disability & Supplemental Life Insurance Paid Parental Leave Paid Training & Career Growth What You'll Do Diagnose vehicle issues using pre- and post-scan technology Repair mechanical components � engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more Perform alignments and systematically diagnose electrical and wiring issues Recalibrate onboard systems and perform occasional full frame swaps Partner with the Estimator to build accurate, supplement-free repair plans Complete quality control checks at every stage of repair to ensure customer satisfaction What We're Looking For 5�10+ years of experience in a similar role Inspection and Emissions License (required) Must have own tools Valid Driver's License (required) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop, including occasional lifting over 50 lbs Preferred: I-CAR and ASE certifications Why Join Us?
