Mechanic

**Job Title: Mechanic** **REQUIREMENTS:** - 2 years’ experience as a Mechanic is required. - Must be mechanically inclined with mechanical background and knowledge of various motors and engines. - Must be able to travel locally and regionally. - Must have a valid state driver’s license with a moderately clean driving record. - Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs. **PRIMARY DUTIES:** - Performs maintenance and repairs of pumps and other equipment in both the shop and in the field. - Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and repair. - Trouble shoot all rental equipment for most efficient way to get equipment back online. - Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures. - Produce all required service tickets and/or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. - Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories. - Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner. - Continuous growth of knowledge for all Company products, inventory, and delivery capabilities - Maintain a clean work environment. - Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management. *Full breakdown of the position's physical requirements are attached.* National Tank & Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Company.
