This position involves assisting in the collection, organization, and entry of clinical and functional data to ensure accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) documentation. The assistant works closely with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to gather necessary information that informs residents of care plans and regulatory compliance. By maintaining meticulous records and facilitating communication among care team members, the MDS Assistant helps enhance the quality of care and resident outcomes.
