MDA Principal Systems Integration Analyst

LCAT: ANAL IV GovSG is looking for an amazingly skilled and talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems. This is an on-site position in Huntsville, AL. **Position Duties:** - Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems - Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) - Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication - Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics - Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status - Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing - Other duties as assigned **Position Required:** - Master’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of experience - Active Secret clearance - Extensive MDA (or DoW) Experience - Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) - Excellent organization and communication skills - Experience with systems integration ​**Position Desired:** - Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.) - Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders - Experience developing digital tools or dashboards **Salary:** $145,000-$155,000.
