As we establish our presence in the U.S., we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation. **Job Summary** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Material Handler** to support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, preparing materials for delivery to project sites, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable of handling materials, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. **Expected start date:** **August 17, 2026** **Responsibilities** - Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment - Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites and project teams - Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory - Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (training or certification preferred) - Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate personnel - Assist with material deliveries and warehouse logistics as needed - Enter and update inventory information in ERP or inventory management systems - Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required - 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred - Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification) - Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday - Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory management system experience preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required - Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
