That is who we are today and how we operate every day. **Position Summary** - Responsible for the movement of components from inventory to production lines. **Schedule** 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00 am – 3:00pm. Overtime may be required for this position **Responsibilities and Essential Duties** - Responsible for the delivery of components to each line on the day of production. - Ensure all quantities within a kit are reviewed and verified. - Demonstrate the ability to safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, electrical pallet jack, or if certified forklift). - Transfer components from wood pallets to plastic when needed. - Ensure all lines are full of components and replenish when needed. - Ensure all work areas are clean and safe. - Help on production line when needed. **Technical Skills Required** - Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift. - Basic math skills. - Ability to read small fonts. - Knowledge of the flow during manufacturing. - Spanish/English (bilingual) is a plus. **Experience Required** - Must be forklift certified. - Warehouse experience is preferred. **Physical Requirements** - Regularly sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. - Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, stoop repeatedly. - Physically able to lift 75 pounds and manipulate up to a 500-pound drum on a regular basis. - Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, heavy machinery, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, electrical, chemicals, and vibrations. - Frequent use of computer screen. - Must be able to discern differences in colors and shades. - Must be able to read labels that could contain small fonts. - Exposure to repetitive motions (making substantial movements/motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers).
