We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Material Handler to join our logistics team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a great entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door. No prior warehouse experience required, but preferred if available. If you show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in getting the details right, we'll set you up to succeed and grow with us. What You'll Do Each day you'll get a work list to tackle. The core of the role includes: Packing material and prepping orders for outbound shipment Auditing picking slips to make sure orders are accurate and complete Unloading incoming shipments and auditing received material against the paperwork Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe Who You Are Dependable and on time — the team counts on you being there Detail-oriented, especially when checking counts and paperwork Comfortable being on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift A team player with a positive attitude Nice to Have Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience Experience with a pallet jack, hand truck, or forklift The Details Position type: Contract-to-hire (opportunity to convert to full-time) Reports to: Logistics Lead Schedule: Full-time On-the-job training is provided — we'll teach you our systems and processes.
