Together, we can achieve greatness. **Job Purpose:** To operate forklifts safely and efficiently; handles all freight inbound or outbound properly and orderly; maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; loading / unloading of RJW truck / trailers and outside carriers safely and using proper procedures; ensures all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; responsible for properly storing stock in the warehouse; performs duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities. Works from warehouse operations sheets using a forklift to pick customer orders and load on trailers. Maintains forklift safety at all times following all safety policies and procedures. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Assists Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse. - Ability to operate reach truck and /or Walkie Rider. - General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment. - Loads and unloads RJW truck / trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures, including outside carriers equipment. - Flexible to work 10 to 12 hours shifts when necessary and not afraid of heights. - Picking and moving stock from 1 lb. to 50 lbs. multiple times. - Ensures all shipments are correctly staged and loaded properly. - Maintains warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping. - Processing outbound cross-dock…
