This position is part-time with up to 20 working hours per week, Monday through Friday, 4 hours a day. **Essential Job Duties** - Monitor account balances to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Accept, review and process completed withdraw forms - Ensure the Monthly Balance Sheet (MBS) is up to date by client and agency. - Submit Cost of Care, MBS and Check Requests with backup documentation for approval. - Prepare and enter invoices into Great Plains - Maintain and update the trial balance sheet. - Ensure all state and federal forms are maintained and up to date. - Calculate the Cost of Care and Resource Balance per account. - Create and post batches. - Prepare checks for review and signature. - Maintain Master Trust tracking databases. - Distribute signed checks to caseworkers. - Prepare deposits and post after it has been completed by a different staff member. - Prepare invoices for contracted agencies - Determine amount of funds to be returned to Social Security, prepare backup documentation, and cut checks accordingly. - Serve as agency liaison to Social Security Administration. - Track and review receipts from withdraw requests. Communicate with case workers refund amount due as needed. - Request Cost of Care recoup - On a monthly basis, conduct preliminary reconciliation of bank statements. - Determine percentage of bank fees and interest by client, post accordingly - Enter client information into CCWIS - Maintain ABLE account balances and required documents - Prepare financial documentation required for semi-annual judicial review. - Create monthly educational communication tool for case workers - Verify benefit amount - Complete Annual Rep Payee Report. - Provide placement/eligibility information for community partners - Prepare voids. - Participate in Rev-Max weekly conference calls. - Perform other duties - Participate in no less than monthly one-on-one supervision meetings. - **Minimum Qualifications** - 4 Yea Degree Preferred. - Three years in accounting, data management or related field.
