Job Purpose: The Master Craftsman is responsible for the precise milling, assembly, and finishing of stair parts, shelving, beams, and other high-end products using high-quality flooring materials. The Master Craftsman can craft all products offered. This role demands a blend of advanced technical skills in woodworking and an understanding of manufacturing processes, requiring both independence and teamwork.
