Master Bookkeeper***New Position***

Beloved Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Master Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, payroll support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts. - Perform bank and account reconciliations. - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting. - Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting. - Maintain vendor files and process invoices. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Support the Finance and HR departments with various accounting functions. - Perform additional bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications - Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. - Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) is preferred. - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting. - Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities. - Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
