ROLE - Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people - Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas - Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why - Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities - Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) PROFILE - Fully proficient with video editing and content creation - Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity - Familiar with building AI scenarios and prompting - Good understanding of benchmarking - Creative and have a hacker mindset - Understand how your creations drive marketing performance - Fluent in English, both oral and written - At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual BENEFITS - Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.
