We're looking for a creative storyteller who knows how to bring a brand to life—someone with proven experience developing engaging social media content and executing memorable marketing events. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in keeping marketing projects moving efficiently from concept to completion, while also supporting website updates, event setup, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations for multiple practice brands and locations. A strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and navigating multiple systems with confidence is essential for success. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **Project Coordination** - Manage incoming marketing requests and help prioritize workflows - Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones in our PM systems - Coordinate with internal team members, practice leaders, providers and vendors - Help ensure projects stay on schedule and organized **Website & Digital Support** - Create, execute and schedule social media content in scheduling platforms - Update website content in WordPress - Upload blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and forms - Help maintain accuracy across multiple websites and listings **Events & Continuing Education Support** - Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution for marketing campaigns - Build registration pages, forms, and event setup in web platforms - Support CE programs, referral events, and internal meetings - Help coordinate attendee lists, invitations, and logistics **Creative & Brand Support** - Coordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and print assets - Assist with proofing and quality control per brand standards - Maintain the internal store and keep organized asset libraries **Reporting & Administrative Support** - Data entry and upkeep of marketing databases and spreadsheets - Assist with campaign reporting and KPI tracking - Support miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed **WHAT YOU’LL NEED** - 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media strategy and event coordination, preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization - Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously (web, CRM, event systems, project tools, etc.) - Experience with Project Management systems like Monday.com - Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, platforms, and tools - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Excellent written communication skills - Positive, team-first attitude - Healthcare or multi-location experience is a plus - Experience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred **HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU** - Medical, dental, vision with employer contribution - Life Insurance - Supplemental Benefits - Flex-spending Accounts - Dependent Care Accounts - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - 401K Retirement, with employer contribution - Employee Discounts
