You’ll support eCommerce, marketing, and sales by maintaining healthy platform workflows, auditing data, coordinating cross-functional updates, and continuously improving processes. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented, tech-curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Key responsibilities** - Own accountability for all product data in the PIM and monitor day-to-day platform health - Audit PIM/Epicor syncs, distribution updates, product inactivation, Cargo Planner, and related workflows - Identify missing or incorrect business-critical data and source accurate information - Use AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies to boost productivity and data quality - Manage New-to-Active SKU workflows; communicate status to stakeholders - Create and validate product content during development and sample stages - Oversee UPC creation, third-party content approvals, and customer content portals - Manage product channels, data feeds, brand portals, and furniture market lists - Produce engaging marketing copy (product descriptions, feature bullets) and assign eCommerce collection names - Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and team training materials - Assist with troubleshooting sales reports and customer-specific SKU setups - Perform other duties as assigned **Required qualifications** - Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Comfortable learning and applying new technologies, including AI tools - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Able to work independently and collaboratively **Preferred Experience** - 1–3 years in product data management, PIM, eCommerce, or related roles - Experience with product lifecycle management, data governance, or in furniture/retail/wholesale - Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and data feeds **Work environment & physical demands** - Professional open office with standard equipment; occasional interaction with warehouse - Primarily sedentary, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs - Full-time, Mon–Fri with occasional extended hours as business needs require; flexible scheduling and hybrid options available **What we offer** - Flexible scheduling and hybrid work opportunities - Competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match - Onsite gym, sit-to-stand desks, and wellness amenities - Engaging, team-oriented culture with company events and development opportunities **Equal opportunity** Elements International Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
