Visit www.laku6.com for more information. ## Uraian Pekerjaan **What You'll Be Doing** - Receive and process purchase requests from the marketing team for printing materials (flyers, banners, foam boards, etc.) and event or activation materials - Source and compare vendors based on quality, price, and turnaround time - Maintain and expand a roster of reliable, go-to vendors for recurring marketing needs - Coordinate with vendors on orders, revisions, timelines, and delivery - Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure documentation is complete and accurate - Track order status and follow up to make sure deliveries land on time - Keep a simple log of purchases, spend, and vendor contacts for team reference ## Kualifikasi **What We're Looking For** - Highly organized able to juggle multiple orders and deadlines without things slipping - Good at negotiating and building relationships with vendors - Comfortable with basic admin and documentation (POs, invoices, receipts) - Proactive communicator keeps the team updated without needing to be asked - Available 3 days per week, with flexibility during campaign or activation periods **Nice to Have** - Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management - Familiarity with marketing or print production materials - Experience raising POs or working with finance/ops workflows ## Informasi Tambahan **About the Role** We're looking for a organized and detail-oriented part-timer to handle procurement for the Laku6 marketing team. You'll be responsible for sourcing vendors, managing purchase requests, and making sure marketing materials arrive on time and within budget, so the team can focus on execution without getting caught up in the buying process.
