**JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES** **IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER,** **PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: [MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE](http://www.myworkday.com/mohegan/d/task/2998$46522.htmld)** **Position Summary:** This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests. **Primary Duties and** **Responsibilities:** Includes but not limited to: - Conducts event registration - Completes gift compilation - Maintains property knowledge - Interacts with guests and provides event information - Enters guest information for events - Maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information - Unloading and organizing promotional gifts **Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:** - Sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furniture - Independently performs related tasks, as needed - Maintains a clean and well stocked work area - Assists the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors, as needed **Minimum Education and Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills - Must be able to professionally communicate event details to guests - Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision **Competencies:** Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: - Good written and verbal communication skills - Good organizational skills **Training Requirements:** - Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management System - Momentum Program - ACSC - Workday - Mohegan Sun’s scheduling and time management program **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. - Other qualifications may apply based upon specific event requirements - Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
