## About Us Casa de Montecristo gives the adult cigar consumer the premier cigar experience, featuring large selections of premium cigars, modern lounges, walk-in humidors and full bars across the multiple locations in the United States. ## Overview Provide support to the Casa De Montecristo Marketing team by developing marketing campaigns, organizing, and coordinating brand materials and information. ## Responsibilities - Assist with trade marketing campaigns and promotions - Support sales and retail marketing activities - Conduct market and competitor research - Help create presentations and marketing materials - Track campaign performance and prepare reports - Coordinate with cross-functional teams ## Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in marketing - Experience with loyalty marketing, customer communications, social media management, event promotion and production, reputation management, content creation, and digital channel development. - Proficient with Word,Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint - Strong work-ethic, flexibility, and willingness to get the job done and be solution-oriented - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Must be comfortable working around tobacco and attending events in smoking environments - Retail and Cigars/Spirits industry experience a plus ## Work Environment Conditions Usual office working conditions.
