All hiring decisions are made by our hiring team. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Operations Manager to build on the early foundations of our marketing operations function. You'll partner with our Head of Growth Marketing, our Growth PM, and the broader RevOps org to enable pipeline generation and revenue growth. To do this, you will own the evolution of marketing attribution, lead-scoring and nurture processes, and close the gap between our self-serve and sales-managed motions. Your first project: audit the marketing and self-serve funnels end-to-end to understand what's measured, what's broken, and where the gaps are. Once that diagnostic picture is clear, you'll move into solutioning — measurement, attribution, and forecasting. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own and manage marketing attribution, building the systems needed to see where marketing spend is winning, losing, and where to invest next. - Build and ship a product-qualified-lead (PQL) scoring model that hands self-serve users to Sales with a process Sales can act on - Identify and close root causes of funnel leakage across the self-serve and inbound marketing motions — with before/after evidence, not just a diagnosis. - Move cost/efficiency metrics — CAC, CAC payback, cost-per-lead, cost-per-qualified-opportunity — through real experiments and interventions you run yourself. - Own the on-ramps and off-ramps between the…
