### **Marketing Event Coordinator** **Location:** Seattle, WA (Local candidates only) Bath Planet of Seattle is seeking an experienced **Marketing Event Coordinator** to lead our event marketing efforts throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for event marketing, team management, and customer engagement. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events while recruiting, training, and managing a team of event demonstrators. ### **Responsibilities** - Identify, schedule, and book local events, trade shows, fairs, and festivals. - Coordinate and manage promotional event schedules. - Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise a team of event marketing representatives. - Generate qualified customer leads through in-person event marketing. - Ensure event booths are professionally set up, maintained, and dismantled. - Track and report weekly productivity, labor, inventory, and departmental budgets. - Establish and achieve weekly and monthly performance goals. - Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize event success. - Maintain excellent communication with customers, team members, and leadership. ### **Required Qualifications** - **Must be located in Seattle, WA.** - **Minimum of 3 years of event marketing experience.** - Previous leadership or team management experience. - Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training employees. - Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. - Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. - Ability to stand for extended periods during events. - Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting. - Availability to work every weekend. ### **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in promotional marketing, trade shows, or home improvement marketing. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Sales or lead generation experience is a plus. ### **Compensation** - **Base Salary:** $800–$1,200 per week - **Plus:** Commission and performance bonuses based on appointments and sales generated from events - Travel reimbursement for eligible non-commute business travel **We are hiring one exceptional candidate immediately.
