## Overview **Duties & Responsibilities:** · Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan and budget to achieve company objectives each year. · Oversee marketing team members. · Oversee community engagement efforts. · Collaborate with the marketing team on all marketing campaigns and initiatives. · Assist in managing the credit union website. · Manage outside marketing vendors and third-party relationships. · Conduct market research and surveys; analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for growth. · Introduce new products and services to members and staff providing education as needed. · Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing. · Stay up to date on credit union regulations and internal credit union policies and procedures. Ensure compliance for all marketing programs. · Manage internal and external communications including staff and member newsletters. · Develop relationships with community leaders and organizations; participate in community activities to contribute to the image of the credit union. · Track volunteer hours and credit union donations. · Attend necessary meetings. Chair community service committee meetings. · Create annual reports and help organize credit union’s annual membership meeting including coordination of HPH Community Service Award and mail ballot for board election. · Create marketing reports and presentations for executive leaders and board members. · Obtain bids, place orders and monitor the quality of printed marketing materials and deliveries. · Maintain records of printed marketing materials, advertisements and master copies. · Create and execute mass emails to credit union members. · Develop and maintain staff and member newsletters · Keep close relationships with school systems in our communities to maintain education on financial literacy and Credit Union offerings. · Work with our digital marketing specialist to determine content, etc. · Maintain phone system on hold recordings. · Manage and maintain promotional booths & events that the Credit Union sponsors or participates in. · Other duties as assigned by the President/CEO. ## Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to join our team.
